The Harrisburg Chapter of the American Guild of Organists welcomes you to our POE website. Here you will find all of the information you need to decide whether a POE is the right experience for you in your journey to becoming an accomplished organist.

The Harrisburg Chapter was formed in 1935, and since then we have made it a priority to help young people grow into organists who can serve churches, schools, and other institutions.

In our POE you will have daily lessons from some of the greatest organists and best teachers in the United States. You will enjoy activities with young people your age from all over the country. Two field trips are planned. And of course, there is a pizza party and a backyard barbecue swimming party! 

You'll love the friendly campus where you'll be staying in dorms and chowing down in the college dining hall.

On this site, you'll find a brochure to download and share with family, and details on how to register and whom to contact with questions. We're even providing information on activities for your family if they bring you and stay in the area.
